For rowing clubs
Plan the week. Pick the crew. Race the day.
SPLT Club is one place where a rowing club plans training, picks crews on evidence, runs race day and keeps parents in the loop.
The demo signs you straight in as a coach, an athlete or a parent. No account needed.

01How a club’s week flows
From the plan to the finish line.
A week at a rowing club has the same shape everywhere. SPLT Club follows it, from Sunday’s plan to Saturday’s regatta, so every piece of it lands in the same place.
010 m
Plan the week
Coaches set sessions for a squad: the pieces, the zones, the rate caps and where to meet. Repeat a Tuesday across a block, copy a whole week, and see the load it adds before anyone rows a stroke.
02400 m
Athletes check in and log
A morning check-in takes seconds. Sessions are logged by hand or arrive from Concept2, Strava or a Garmin file, matched to what was set. A Whoop strap fills in sleep and HRV. What an athlete typed is never overwritten.
03800 m
Load, readiness and form, explained
Training load, fitness, fatigue and readiness are worked out from what was actually done. Tap any number and it shows how it was made: the hours, the intensity, the baseline it was compared against.
041200 m
Selection, with the maths shown
Seat races are fitted across the whole season, so a November margin can be compared with a February one. The board says how sure it is, and says so plainly when it cannot yet separate two athletes.
051600 m
Race day
Import the draw and every crew's boating, warm-up and marshalling times follow their race. Timing on paired phones, travel and kit, spares, the cox's race plan and the path from heat to final, all on one page.
06Finish
The club side
Fees and shared costs, expenses and receipts, coaching staff and pay runs, the rota, and one club calendar that everybody can add to their own phone.

02Race day
The whole regatta, in every pocket.
The coach builds the day once. Each crew’s boating, warm-up and marshalling times hang off its race, so when the draw slips, everyone’s day moves with it. Crews see their own times, coxes get their race plan, parents get the travel, and the final shows up as “if through” until the heat decides it.
03Four points of view
One club. Everyone sees their part.
The same club looks different depending on who opens it. Pick a seat.
See the squad. Pick the boat. Run the day.
A coach gets the whole squad on one screen: who trained, who is run down, how the week’s load is building. Then the tools for the decisions that matter, with the evidence sitting beside every one of them.
- A dashboard of load, attendance and form where every number explains itself
- This morning’s check-ins, with the athletes to speak to at the top
- Drag-and-drop lineups, versioned, so last month’s boat order is never lost
- Seat racing and selection on a season-wide rating that says how sure it is
- Paired-phone timing, photo finish and a rate watch on the bank
- Race day: draw, crew timings, travel, spares and the heat-to-final pathway

04Key features
Don’t take our word for it. Try them.
Every card opens a working demo, running the same calculations the app does, on made-up crews.
05Principles
Built to be trusted with a club.
A club hands over its athletes’ health, its selection arguments and its money. These are the rules SPLT Club is built on, and they hold everywhere in the app, not just where it is easy.
- 01
Every number explains itself.
Readiness, training load, ratings, pay. Tap any figure and see exactly how it was worked out. A coach should never have to act on a number they cannot take apart.
- 02
Athletes see their own data.
Nobody browses a teammate's wellness or watts. The only exceptions are a leaderboard athletes choose to join and a selection the coach chooses to publish to the squad.
- 03
Results wait for the coach.
A race time stays with the coaches until they release it, to the crew or to the club. Nobody finds out they lost from a notification.
- 04
Nothing that matters is deleted.
Squads are archived, lineups are versioned and charges are cancelled, never erased. Who sat where, and when, is always there to settle the argument.
- 05
AI suggests. A person saves.
Reading an erg screen, a receipt or a regatta draw from a photo fills the form in for you. A person checks it and presses save, every time.
- 06
Colours everyone can read.
Charts use a palette tested for colour blindness, and a club's own colours are checked for readable contrast before they go anywhere near a button.
